ingredients :
4 slices of cod
3 onions
60g of margarine
2 tomatoes
flour
salt
frying oil
a leaf of laurel

preparation :

let the cod in the water a whole night, then dry it with absorbing paper
put the 4 slices of cod in the flour and fry them in really hot oil.
melt the margarine and put the sliced onions and tomatoes and the laurel, cook this slowly until the margarine totally evaporates.
stinckle the cod with that and serve.
can be served with vapor cooked potatoes
